Kind of Lost

I really don't know what I'm doing with this blog of mine. I hope I can get some traffic soon and learn more about this blogging thing and marketing my website! In the meantime, should someone drop by, here is a question I would appreciate some input on: Are the big publishing houses really getting rid of midlists and trending toward only blockbusters?
